About Kendra
hi!! thank you so much for being interested in my art, and wanting to learn a little more about me :) it truly is my greatest honor to encounter so many people and be able to leave a mark on their life.
to start, my Catholic faith is the reason I am who I am and wake up every morning inspired. the Lord has big plans for each and every one of us, and if no one has told you before, HE LOVES YOU SO DEEPLY!! my biggest desire in life is to live to glorify His kingdom - with my every breath and action. I believe God has given me this gift, so I am able to encounter more people than I ever thought possible. not just through Catholic Weddings, but through couples, seniors, and maternity sessions I am able to show people their dignity, value, and beauty with a simple photograph.
some fun facts about me:

I grew up in North Dakota so I travel back there a lot. I love visiting my family and I'll give you sweet deal if you have a session/wedding close to them ;)

I have a tattoo on my arm saying "everything is God's providence." My Rome chaplain told me that day 1, and it stuck with me my entire semester abroad

I love a good thrift find (especially natural fibers)

My friends would call me a toxic optimist because I always strive to see the good and not dwell on the bad

I studied media production and business at the University of Mary

Everyday I become a concerning amount more crunch - like I only cook with cast irons and I'm currently considering if I should start carrying around my own soap lol

I learned to develop black & white film in my college professor's kitchen
